You would have never known you were in the least bit nervous and you shared so many details about how you do your work and what tips have made you successful. All of the leaders were so transparent and they shared so many really specific details - right down to logging into Adsense and CJ.com accounts - just to show us exactly how things are happening for them. I agree with Chris - keep it small - which may mean raising the price. You simply can't find the kind of environment that you all created anywhere else, so keep it special. Don't lose the edge of being able to go to dinner with everyone and feel like we are all friends. I just spent a couple of hours creating a complete plan for 2007 based on what I picked up at the Retreat. I will certainly share the results of our efforts - which I think is what people really want to see - in an effort to validate all the yapping I have been doing about how great it was! More later...
