Won Li Do Sho Updates

I am very excited to introduce our new exclusive membership program to you today. We are continually hearing that so many of our listeners are getting so much value out of the weekly show and that is pleasing to our ears. Currently the show is costing me approximately $300 - $500 every month, and we had equipment cost of nearly $1,000 to get the show started. After 3 months of some great shows and a lot of fantastic information, I felt it was time to bring some AMAZING value to the table for an exclusive group, and really offer HELP to people that want it and will use it!

So here is the plan…

This is completely private and the exclusive membership is limited to only 250 forum administrators on a first come, first serve basis. This program is for those who really want to grow their forum to be a success. This is not for the casual admin / owner that does not plan to put forth effort and implement some of the proven techniques we have used to grow our forums to be huge successes!

You will be hearing from leading community owners as we share information to enable you to succeed and make more money. Here is just one example that will offer you. In less than 18 months of learning and implementing my strategies with SprintUsers.Com, I was able to take traffic levels from 5,000 visits a day to more than 25,000 visits a day, income grew from $300 a month to a very solid $xx,xxx a month, and registrations went from 20,000 to over 90,000. This all happened in less than 18 months! We will be discussing things of HIGHER VALUE on these private shows, things we just couldn’t share with the public. We will be providing you with real time case studies (tremendous value) that you cannot hear anywhere else along with so much more!

With the motivation and things I’ve learned from Lee and Juan, it’s well worth the money. Consider me “signed up”. Looking forward to the next show guys!

Hey Lee, Im a big fan of yours.

but this is a bad idea.

Only one dumbed down show a month for everyone. I am down with you making a profit, but not at the expence of your loyal fans. Why not do it like revision3 and offer earlyer access to podcasts.

250 Members * 149.99 = $37,497.5
Cost of podcast a year $6000

The cost of the membership is still a value if you offer the podcast for free. Keep the podcast free and get a n advertiser.

I too am a huge fan. My wife and I talk about the show at the dinner table and bounce ideas for our sites as a result of the show. However… I pay less for satellite radio.

No thanks. But good luck.

You just lost me as a fan. Considering you apparently make $5000 bucks a day, why do you have to charge?

Do you think it will help?

Thank you!

Eddie: Satellite Radio doesn’t help you to make money. For those that say they like the show you should be happy to support an “advanced show with so much more value (even outside the show).

Adrian: We tried the advertiser route and got no response. That is beside the point however as I wanted to take 250 forum admin (or other webmasters) and REALLY help them in a way I couldn’t afford to do publically. It is that simple. No one will want to miss out on this value, plain and simple.

Tom: What difference does my income make? I wanted to more closely help 250 people, and that is what I will do. If you aren’t a fan any more due to me wanting to further help people, then I don’t know what to say. You have 13 shows of excellent info that you should be grateful for, and you should be excited about this offer. A real fan would be crazy to pass this up.

Actually, I’ve gotten some good stock tips from shows I’ve listened to that are exclusive to satellite radio.

“If you aren’t a fan any more due to me wanting to further help people, then I don’t know what to say.”

It’s not so much not being a fan about helping people. It’s about charging to help people and acting like it’s to recoup costs when according to the numbers laid out, seem to be a healthy profit. If it were $5 or $10 a month, I’d consider it.

Now it appears as if the show was always planned to go paid subscription and the 13 shows were nothing but a free preview.

We’re still fans. We’re just disappointed, is all.

I am a cheap skate. It takes me ages to commit to even think about buying a new domain, or hosting.

However, I purchased a paid subscription without hesistation. Why? I reckon the show is great value. If the format had stayed completely the same, but Lee simply charged for it, then I still would’ve payed.

I learnt a lot from the free episodes, and the first forum I’ve ever made is already at 100 members within a couple of weeks, and over 2100 posts - this was all because of the Won Li Do Show, I did what they said to do and it worked - it’s only fair for them to charge for this great service (and now added features).

What is $15? It’s nothing! You could probably find $15 under your couch (well, not really, but I am trying to prove a point). $15 is easily made, and in this case is money well spent.

Eddie: I never said I was poor and needed money to keep the show “on the air”, like a desperate pitch for support. I simply made a decision to REALLY help people in a tight setting. This will allow me to share more of what I WANT to share, rather than holding back. Also, this was never in the initial plans, trust me.

For all those of you saying you don’t need the tips and you are making a load of cash without the Won Li Do Sho, then what is $15 a month to you?

I don’t doubt the value of the show, however I do have my disagreements with the new format.

If you think about it, you no longer need a mass media outlet for your show if membership is exclusive. There goes your monthly costs - free shows again please??

The wise men are getting impatient. They aren’t building their userbase first before they try to monotenize.
