Last week YPN sent out another 1,000 invites to publisher for their beta program. This is exciting because as we near 2006, my expectations are high for this program. Many are casting doubt on YPN’s future, but I believe they will be a very strong player in the PPC marketplace. I have talked with David Zito, a Senior Development Manager, with YPN about improvements that are coming down the road and I think they are taking steps toward further positive change. Let’s not forget that Yahoo has some great minds at work their as well! 
Hopefully in the first quarter of 2006, YPN will come out of it’s beta program and be available to all US publisher. Also in 2006, YPN will become available to “some” other countries outside the US. Likely it will English speaking countries to begin with such as Canada and the UK, but I believe they are working quickly to expand to many other countries in 2006 as well. This is a program that you should definitely apply for which you do here.
